Dr. Cisneros is a pediatrician at UPMC Children’s Community Pediatrics, Medical Director of UPMC Children’s Express Care at Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh, and co-chair of both the Advocacy Committee and the Climate and Environmental Health Committee of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is a founding member of Clinicians for Climate Action (C4CA). His clinical interests include child health policy advocacy.
He is a graduate of Pomona College with a B.A. in Environmental Analysis and received his MD at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He completed his pediatrics residency at UCSF Fresno.
