Goeran Fiedler is an assistant professor for the Master of Science in Prostethics and Orthotics program. He holds graduate degrees in Clinical Engineering/Biomechanics from the University of Applied Sciences Giessen (Germany) and in the Health Sciences from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. He completed his post-doctoral training in the Department of Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Washington in Seattle.

Dr. Fiedler has a passion for sustainability in his field and has mentored students on this topic. Most recently Dr. Fiedler’s students won a student research award as a part of One Health Day for their project “Eco-Engineering the Future: Sustainable Prosthetics for Sustainable Healthcare.”
