Dr. Ragavan is an assistant professor of pediatrics in the Division of General Academic Pediatrics. She is also the Associate Vice Chair of Diversity Equity and Inclusion Research for the Department of Pediatrics and Associate Core Director for the Clinical and Translational Science Institute Community PARTners Core. She co-chairs the health equity committee for Clinicians for Climate Action (C4CA). She is deeply passionate about uplifting community voices through research and much of her research is conducted in partnership with community-based organizations. 

Dr. Ragavan completed medical school at Northwestern University, pediatric residency at Stanford’s Children’s Hospital, and a general academic pediatric fellowship from Boston Medical Center.
